Do you work in a fascinating scientific field? Would you like to share your passion for your research topic? Then join our Scientific Storytelling Workshop, learn how to tell a story about your topic and get ready to give your own nanoTalk. The nanoTalks are a platform for inspiring and stimulating talks within the arts, sciences, and technologies. The nanoTalks strive to facilitate networking, provide a training platform for speakers who give talks to a broader audience, help speakers to create simple and widely understood talks on complex topics, and inspire the audience with new ideas.

This is your chance to train yourself on how to give such a talk and learn more about creative forms of storytelling. You will get insights into different story formats and you will apply them in your area of interest. You will create outlines for different types of stories based on your topic and when they are used. This interactive workshop is lead by Joel Lüthi (vice-president of reatch) and is organized together with Life Science Zurich. It is exclusive to members of reatch and PhD students of the Life Science Zurich programs. Register by sending an e-mail to Joel Lüthi by Sunday, February 17th. Places are limited to 15 and offered to the members who register in the order of the «first come first serve principle».
